Quotes, payment, and custom work
Submitting a job asks participating print shops for quotes. It is not a purchase. A shop’s quote should state the total price, the promised completion date, what is included, and the requested pickup, delivery, or shipping method. Review those details and the artwork with the shop before paying. Payment is handled through the selected shop’s checkout.
Cancellation and refunds
Policy version 2026-09-30. Customers must agree to these terms before continuing to checkout.
Before production starts
If you request cancellation before production starts, you receive a full refund. Contact Order support as soon as you decide to cancel.
After production starts
For a customer-requested cancellation after custom production starts, the refund is the amount paid minus reasonable, documented costs already committed to your order: order-specific materials that cannot be returned or reused, plus setup and labor already completed at rates disclosed and agreed before payment. Labor charges compensate the shop for its time and expertise. The shop must provide an itemized explanation and evidence of the production stage. Recoverable materials, avoided costs, and amounts already charged for the same work must not be deducted twice. Deductions cannot exceed the amount paid; this policy does not authorize additional charges or a flat cancellation penalty.
Cancellation review
Print Go admin reviews proposed deductions before the shop processes the cancellation refund. A support request does not automatically cancel a payment or stop a machine; the shop must respond promptly and take reasonable steps to stop further avoidable work when notified. If custom work is substantially completed, the refund may be small or zero, but deductions still require documentation and review.
Example
For a $300 order, $90 in nonreturnable, nonreusable materials and $60 in completed setup and labor would leave a $150 customer refund. This is an example, not an automatic 50% cancellation fee.
Shop cancellations, errors, and refunds
If the shop cancels or cannot fulfill your order, you receive a full refund. Shop errors are reviewed for an appropriate reprint or refund and are not treated as customer-change-of-mind cancellations. Correctly produced custom goods are generally not returnable solely because you change your mind. The connected shop processes approved refunds through Square to the original payment method; store credit is offered only if you choose it. Rights to refunds for shipping delays, defective goods, or other remedies required by applicable law are not limited by this policy.
Use Order support to request a cancellation or refund and follow the review.
Shops must accurately describe their capabilities, quote inclusions, turnaround, and any limits before a customer pays. Print Go may pause a shop’s ability to quote while a concern is reviewed.
Pickup, local delivery, and shipping
Choose the method you need when posting your job. A shop may quote only if its profile offers that method. For shipping, the shop must include shipping charges in the quoted total; checkout may collect the full destination address. The ZIP code in your request helps shops estimate cost, but the shop must confirm the complete address before dispatch.
The shop is responsible for packaging, dispatch or handoff, communicating delays, and giving you carrier and tracking details when it ships. Print Go currently displays the shop’s order stage; it does not create shipping labels or receive live carrier scans. A quoted “ready by” date is the shop’s commitment. If a shipment is delayed, the shop should promptly tell the customer and provide the available choices, including cancellation and a refund when required by law. For pickup and local delivery, confirm the place and time with the shop in Messages.
Privacy
Print Go stores account names and email addresses, shop profiles and contact information, job details and fulfillment contact information, uploaded artwork and proof approval history, quotes, order messages, support requests, and order status, and records of your agreement to cancellation terms. We use this information to provide accounts, match jobs with shops, process the order workflow, respond to support, and help prevent misuse.
Signed-in approved shops can view submitted job details and artwork to prepare a quote. A customer sees shop profile information and quotes. After a quote is accepted, the customer and selected shop can exchange order messages. The Print Go owner can review shop profiles and support requests. Our payment provider handles checkout and payment information under its own privacy practices; Print Go stores transaction identifiers and payment status, not card numbers. If email delivery is enabled, our email provider receives the address and content needed for verification and password reset.
We use session cookies to keep accounts signed in. A request draft and its artwork may be kept on your device for up to 24 hours to help you continue through sign-in. Your full fulfillment address and phone are shared with the shop you select. Records are kept while needed for the service, support, and applicable obligations. To ask about access, correction, or deletion of your information, submit a privacy request from your account. Some transaction records may need to be retained. Do not upload artwork or personal information you lack permission to share.
These pilot policies describe the current app workflow. Shop-specific terms should be disclosed in each quote or conversation. Consumer rights under applicable law still apply.
